Q: Why should my organization raise money with Sweet Street Desserts?
We travel the world to locate the ultimate ingredients, combined to unlock the greatness in every dessert we conceive. Q: Is this fundraiser available where I live?
Yes. Our fundraising program is available across the entire continental United States.

Q: Are there any upfront costs?
NO. No money is required until your final order is placed, and then you only pay for the product that you sell...profit stays with you.

Q: Are selling materials provided?
Yes We understand how important selling materials are for your organization. We provide you with our beautifully designed brochures feature professional photography and mouthwatering descriptions. You can order your brochures when you create an account online. Get Started!

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes. The minimum order requirement is only 40 items.

Q: How much can my organization earn?
Our products are priced to realize maximum profit potential. Your organization earns $6 profit for each item sold, up to a 32% profit margin.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Q: What Sweet Street products are included in the fundraising program?
Our fundraising program includes 11 luscious items your supporters can indulge in. We offer 6 flavors of cupcakes and 5 flavors of dessert bars. All are made with the same dedication to quality, with tastes and textures that tantalize.

Q: Why can't we offer other Sweet Street items on our fundraiser?
Our fundraising program was developed with products that will help your organization earn maximum profits.

Q: Where do I find information about the shelf life/handling for the products?
Nutritional and handling information can be found on our website by selecting the product you are interested in, then selecting product details. You can easily access and print a pdf containing all of the product information.

Q: Do the desserts need to remain frozen?
No. We suggest keeping the desserts frozen until you are ready to thaw and serve. Keeping the dessert frozen helps maintain their freshness and durability in transit. Our desserts can be refrozen up to 3 times.

MY CAMPAIGN MANAGER WEBSITE INFORMATION

Q: What is My Campaign Manager?
My Campaign Manager is a Facebook-like experience that helps you and your sellers communicate and manage your fundraiser every step of the way, any time of day. Complete with a comment and news area for posting important information and recognizing milestones, the ability to easily post your campaign to Facebook or share in an email to your family and friends, My Campaign Manager is the place to keep your fundraiser moving smoothly. Share links and accept orders online and easily track all of your orders and sales collateral, upload profile images and much more.

Q: What can I do from My Campaign Home page?
If you are a campaign leader, this is your very own campaign dashboard including an area in the center of the page that is a Facebook-like interface. You can post comments, important information and recognize milestones. Any information posted is managed by you and will be visible on your sellers' home page.

If you are a seller in a campaign, this is your very own campaign dashboard including an area in the center of the page that is a Facebook-like interface. You will see all post from members of your gorup, comment on these posts or share your own information and messages.

Q: What is "share a link" in My Campaign Manager?
We want to make it easy to spread the word about your fundraiser by sharing a link with your family and friends. They will be able to place an order on the website and then pay you. You will be notified when someone places an order and you can accept the order once it is paid. All orders are picked up at the date and time your campaign has specified.

Q: What if I do not have email addresses for the sellers in my organization?
You do not need to enter all of your sellers information on our site to fundraise with us. You can run a traditional fundraising sale, collect all orders and place one final order for group on our website.

Q: Can I run a fundraising campaign without using all the features in the Campaign Manager?
If you have not added sellers to your campaign online, collected orders through the website, or if you have additional orders that are not associated with a seller, you can simply login to your campaign, click on "add a sale" on the right side of your screen and add the total amount needed of each item.
 
Q: How can I edit my personal profile?
On the Edit Profile page, you can update your name, contact information and profile picture.

Q: What is the information on the Edit Campaign page used for?
As a leader of a campaign, this is the one place from which you can enter and edit the details of your sale. The information you enter here will be available to all sellers and will populate your shareable link to market and collect sales online!

ORDERING INFORMATION

Q: Can supporters place an order to support our fundraising campaign online?
Yes! Sharing a link, from your Campaign Manager, anyone can purchase a dessert from your fundraising campaign and all sales will be posted to your campaigns fundraiser. We do not accept payment for these sales online. Each seller is responsible to collect the money for these orders and confirm the orders online. You will be notified when someone places an order through this links and you can accept the order once it is paid. All orders are picked up at the date and time your campaign has specified.

Only the campaign leader can place the FINAL order for your group.

Q: Can supporters purchase desserts to support our fundraising campaign online and have them shipped to their home?
No. At this time, supporters can only place an order through your organizations shared link. Supporters can not pay online or have their order shipped to them. The entire organizations order ships to one location for distribution, by the organization, to the supporters.

Q: I am ready to place my final order for fundraising product. What forms of payment does Sweet Street accept?
We accept payment via all major credit cards or PayPal.

Q: How far in advance of our delivery date must we place our order?
Your order must be placed on our website at least 1 week before your requested delivery date.

Q: Once I login to campaign manager, how can I simply place an order and not keep track of buyers and sellers, etc.?
On the right of your screen you will see a link to "add sale". Simply click on "add sale" and enter the amount needed for each product. These quantities will be added to your campaign and you can submit your final order.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?
If you would like to change your order once it is placed, please contact our Customer Service department within 24 hours, 1.800.793.3897.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Q: Are there additional shipping charges?
No. For your convenience the cost of shipping is included in the cost of each item.

Q: How will my product stay frozen during shipping?
Your desserts are packed in a corrugated box, lined with Styrofoam, and packed with dry ice. 

Q: Can I track my order during the shipping process?
Yes. Once your product has shipped, an email will be sent to you confirming shipment and will include a Federal Express Tracking number. You can then track your shipment via www.fedex.com

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Q: How do I know what day I should have my order delivered?
You want to request the order be delivered, at least, the day BEFORE you are distributing the desserts. All of our fundraising orders are shipped via FedEx 2-day service from our facility in Pennsylvania. If you are located close to us, your order may arrive in 1 day. Please allow adequate time for possible delivery delays due to inclement weather.

Q: What are the available delivery days?
Delivery is available Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8am-5pm (local time). Please Note: Delivery via FedEx may be the day prior to your requested delivery date depending on your area.

Q: How will I know when my order will be delivered?
Once your product has shipped, an email will be sent to you confirming shipment and will include a Federal Express Tracking number. You can then track your shipment via www.fedex.com. Please note: Delivery via FedEx may be the day prior to your requested delivery date depending on your area.

Q: Will someone need to be present at the time of delivery?
No. FedEx does not require a signature at the time of delivery however we do recommend you track your package and be available for its delivery to ensure its receipt.

Q: How will my order arrive?
The shipment will arrive via FedEx in a corrugated box, lined with Styrofoam. The product will arrive frozen and packed with 20 lbs. of dry ice. Up to 30 items can fit in one corrugated box, so depending on the amount of items ordered multiple boxes will be delivered. Please Note: Delivery via FedEx may be the day prior to your requested delivery date depending on your area.

Q: How should I handle the dry ice that is included in my shipment?
The dry ice will be packed on the top of the product. Do not touch the dry ice. With gloved hands, remove the ice from the package and throw away. Dry ice temperature is extremely cold at -109.3°F or -78.5°C. Always handle dry ice with care and wear protective clothing or leather gloves. Keep dry ice away from children.
